With Easter just a hop, skip and a jump away, many of us are busily preparing for a weekend filled with friends and family!
At Webster's Pages, we LOVE getting to spend time with friends!
That's why we are ABSOLUTELY ecstatic and feeling so lucky that today our friend and LOVELY guest designer, Vicki Boutin, was able to stop by for a little early Easter get together!
Vicki has brought a LOVELY layout and a card to share with us and a few tips and tricks as well!! {HAPPY DAY!}
Take a look at her GORGEOUS New Beginnings layout! We'll let Vicki tell you all about it!
"I love the papers with lots of design elements on them. I call them "cheat papers" because they take away all of the heavy lifting. I used a "cheat paper" as the layout base here and built it up from there.
I punched some butterflies, attached the circle sticker, twine and some stamps.
When you take a closer look you can see the pearlized circles. I created those with Viva Decor's Inka Gold in Platinum.
I was having so much fun that I kept going with this card..
Super quick one with a sticker ring and punched butterflies. It is amazing how using basic shapes in your design can make it all so simple.
Here is a closer look...
Thanks for visiting with me today!!! Webster's Pages + Easter = PERFECTION!!!!!"
Thank YOU so much, Vicki, for stopping by and sharing your GORGEOUS layout and card!
And, to ALL our friends, have a wonderful weekend! See you next week!

So many extra special touches on your beautiful layout. I never thought of design patterned papers as "cheaters" before. I love your insight on that and it might help me build up layers better. Thanks for the tips. Happy Easter. :)
