You might already know we have a thing for chevrons.
Our love for them is well documented, like in this Palm Beach pattern and now, this new Halloween overlay with the chevron'd owl...so it's no surprise that this is one trend we're happy to show off.
And show off we will, thanks to two of our fabulous designers. Look at this gorgeous, chevron-filled layout from Designer Iris Babao Uy:
Serving as a photo block and design element, these rows of chevrons take this layout to a whole new level.
Iris didn't just add chevrons to her incredible layout, she textured the chevrons and then added them, and the results are simply stunning.
Anabelle O'Malley also got a little funky with the chevrons, adding the nifty little triangular elements in several different spots on this layout. Just look:
We especially love the negative spaced chevrons behind the photo highlighted by the white-on-white chevrons that surround it. What a clever idea!
As if those weren't enough (and they are!), Anabelle also tacked down some black chevrons with her sewing machine, drawing the eye right where it needs to go...to the adorable picture of these two handsome boys.
How about you...have you tried your hand at a chevron-inspired design lately? We'd love to see!
In the meantime, head over to our website where you can shop all our new (and old!) collections anytime!
Beautiful inspiration! Love Iris' mixed media approach and Anabelle's creatively pieced chevron. Gorgeous work, ladies!
