It's getting VERY exciting around here as this month is all about what's NEW and FRESH at Webster's Pages. New products are always fun, but top that with new designers and it's almost too much to handle!
Almost.
This week, I get to introduce you to the newest members of the Webster's Pages Family. And as if that weren't enough, we're going to be showing you layouts using two of our newest collections, Everyday Poetry and Palm Beach. How's that for awesome?
Today, it is my pleasure to introduce you to Diana Brodeur & Jill Cornell.
Meet Diana...
We love Diana's signature style, her brilliant use of white space and her simple storytelling. On this layout, she showcases our brand new collection, Everyday Poetry. This line is full of gorgeous. Trust me, you're going to want the whole collection for your very own!
Now, 5 Questions with Diana Brodeur...
Q: Describe yourself in three words.
A: This one is a hard one. I think the three words that best describe me are quiet, passionate, and dreamer.
Q: What do you love most about Webster's Pages?
A: I love the color palette of each collection as well as the unique embellishments that provide that special little something to your project.
Q: What is your "signature" when it comes to your scrapbooking?
A: Most of my layouts tend to have a lot of white space, some clustering, and a sprinkling of mist.
Q: Do you have a favorite quote?
A: “Change is the law of life and those who look only to the past or present are certain to miss the future.” – JFK
Q: What inspires you?
A: I am inspired by books, magazines, nature, my girls, pretty much everything I come in contact with.
Next up...Meet Jill:
Jill has worked her magic on this two page layout using our brand new collection, Palm Beach. Think Chevrons, beach umbrellas, vintage swimsuits...you're going to LOVE it!!
5 Questions with Jill Cornell:
Q: Describe yourself in three words.
A: enthusiastic, tenderhearted, sentimental
Q: What's your favorite guilty pleasure?
A: Chocolate and coffee.
Q: What is your "signature" when it comes to your scrapbooking?
A: While I enjoy adding little details here and there to my projects, I keep the design and focus fairly simple. My favorite tool to pull out is my sewing machine - I just love the handmade, homespun touch it adds.
Q: Do you have a favorite quote?
A: A Bible verse that I have clung to over the past 8 years of my life is Isaiah 61:3: "He will give a crown of beauty for ashes, a joyous blessing instead of mourning, festive praise instead of despair. In their righteousness, they will be like great oaks that the Lord has planted for his own glory."
Q: What inspires you?
A: I have found so much inspiration lately on Pinterest, whether it's a color combination, an advertisement, or a quilt. I love being inspired by design elements I find on the web.
We feel like the luckiest girls alive that we get to work with these girls and we're confident you're going to find their Clean & Simple designs 100% inspiring!
