Do you follow the trends or make your own way? Do you jump right in with what's new and hot or do you take your time trying out the latest?
This week, we're tackling some of scrapbooking's hottest trends and showing you how to execute them Webster's style... thanks to our local TrendSpotter, Anabelle O'Malley, we pinpointed some of today's hottest trends...and believe us, they are all inspiring!
Today, we've got an adorable Park Drive layout from the fabulous Diana Brodeur showing off a fun and funky trend...can you spot it?
That's right. Paper feathers. Easy to create with a little hand-cut fringe effect, and these feathers come to life with just the right amount of texture to add tons of visual interest.
We also love how Diana worked a visual triangle in to this layout, using three yellow paper feathers to flank her kitty cat photo.
Perfection!
What are some of your favorite trends? And have you caught on to the feather craze yet?
Don't forget to click the paper image below and start shopping today for the gorgeous new Park Drive collection...it started shipping last week and we can't wait to see what trends you tackle on your next project!
