Who am I?
Wife. Mommy. Daughter. Sister. Friend. Business owner. Artist. Big time procrastinator ;o)
Ok...what is not on the list?
Scrapbooker.
WHAT?! I co-own Webster's Pages, I design all the papers & products but I never use them. Is that a crime? I'm starting to think so.
I DROOL over what all of you create using the papers & embelli's that we design...I am ENVIOUS of all of you...
I want to learn how to be a scrapbooker.
There...I said it!
Now for the even scarier part...I need you all to teach me & I'll even bribe you with a FREE PRODUCT EVERY WEEK {he-he} & not scary because of you, but because all of you will see the journey that I will take to become a better memory keeper, storyteller & dare I say scrapbooker! You will see a side of me that you have never seen from me before...TOTAL VULNERABILITY on each step of my journey to become more crafty...
So be kind
Don't Judge
Don't laugh ~ hahaha! who are we kidding, you can laugh!
And help me learn how to start documenting my silly life's moments.
Any other non-scrapbookers or even experienced crafters want to take this journey with me!?
The Journey will look a little like this...
~ Once a week my beloved Design Team will post a weekly assignment on my Blog for me to accomplish
~ I will post my result every Sunday (again, BE KIND! ;o))
~ Every assignment that I complete will have at least one Webster's Pages product that will be given away each week! All you need to do is provide your comments on my result to enter the giveaway {BIG gulp}.
~ Throughout the week the design team will provide tips & ideas to help me with my weekly assignments. This is also when the giveaway winner will be announced. So check in regularly to see if you win!
Who's on Board?!!! Let's Get Started ~ h.e.l.p. ~ ;o)
~Brandin xo

Brandin I'm so excited for you and this journey. For someone with such creative design talent and an eye for detail you will have so much fun.

Oh I would love to be on board. I am fairly new to Webster's pages myself as I normally gravitate towards the cuter papers since I'm always scrapping 'cute' pics of my grandbabies. I did get a gorgeous shot of my Granddaugher Brooke and decided to use Websters for it. OMG!! I think it's one of my best creations to day. So now you've created a Monster!! A Webster's Monster! But what could be so wrong with that? I will enjoy going through your journey with you so I can learn some tips too. As talented as you are though I don't think it's going to be much of a journey. Probably just a short little trip. LOL!!! So hang on girl, I'm right behind ya!!!Deb

Ink. Ink. Ink. What more can I say. You can create masterpieces using ink. I often use it to cover mistakes, too. Good to know, eh?

Good Luck, Brandin! I haven't done a lot of scrapbooking (mostly cards) and it takes me awhile to finish a layout but how satisified I feel when I've finished a page! Looking forward to seeing what you do. Perhaps you'll even get me to do more myself! Your children are beautiful--looks like you'll have a lot of subject matter!

What a great idea. I would love to learn along with you how to use these beautiful papers. I love the designs but am sometimes unsure how to use them. We will all cheer you on and create something beautiful in the bargain. Can't wait to see your layouts.

You are going to do well, with a design team, all the posting by your side and the wonderful products that you create you are on your way.Always remember these are your memories you are creating and so each scrapbooker scrapbooks differently and that is what makes it such a wonderful unique craft.

Hi Brandin, Well I cannot wait to see what you are going to create. I have never seen a project using Websters Pages that I have not liked - I don't think it is possible. So don't worry, you have access to some of the best product on the market, a wealth of information from the very talented masters of scrapbooking on the design team and the support of the world of scrapbooking on your side. It is not such a challenge... Enjoy it! Welcome to our world.... :-)

I can hardly wait to see what you do!

Wow!!! I had no idea you were not a scrapper. Your papers and embellies are soooooo gorgeous. I have begged my scrapbook store to carry your papers but alas it falls on deaf ears. She has had a couple of papers and some embellies from time to time but I wanted her to carry the whole line or maybe even just one theme line of papers. So I guess I will have to continue ordering them online. Shame; I think other people here would like them.
You and your children are so gorgeous you really should make some albums for them to have later in life. Good for you for getting started. Scarlett

Oh My Gosh, I cant believe that you design these fabulous papers but dont use them, that in itself is amazing, and that they all work so beautifully together without even test scrapping with them first, I am amazed. One thing I have learnt, is that no scrap book pages are ever wrong - some may not appeal to everyone, but its all in the eye of the creator, if you are happy with your page then it is successful. Good luck with your challenges, but most of all have FUN! thats what its all about. hope to Join in more but awaiting on my webster delivery (only my second one ever lol). happy Creating. Melissa :)

Congratulations Brandin for encouraging us Papercrafters to use your beautiful papers and embellishments from Websterspages. I love "fiddling" with paper and trying to create different uses and finishes to the things I create. I enjoy mostly florals and feminine papers so Websterspages have given me the lift and encouragement to continue in my own style and I thank you for having the insight and talant to create such beautiful things. I look forward to my weekly fix from you, Good Luck with it all. Kindly from Roslyn

Thanks for the great products - I just love them. Have fun crafting ;o)
